In OMSI 2 you can drive the first ever articulated bus in the OMSI history, the MAN NG272. OMSI 2 not only offers the routes and buses you already know from OMSI, but adds lots of exciting new features. OMSI 2 is the successor of the well-known and awarded omnibus simulator "OMSI - The Bus Simulator". So in short go with ETS 2, I would actually recommend this one, to people who don t usually like simulators.Off to the next round! Experience a new omnibus simulator with OMSI 2 and start discovering Spandau while driving the omnibus. It's very relaxing in a way, crusing round europe listening to music, yes you can also listen to your own music on it, and also itnernet radio stations which is a nice touch, The map is also huge, while it's not actually full scale, it still takes a good few real world hours to drive across it. I spent a ridiculous amount of hours playing this game, I think around 80 and still not bored of it. You buy them, upgrade them, and also run your own haulage company, hire drivers, open new depots and such, and also the more you drive, the more experience you earn, and the more money you make from jobs. You also actually do a little more than just drive trucks. lump of steel, with heavy things swinging around behind it.
The truck feels very well made, heavy and generally like a big. But this one is of a cross over between a game, and simulator, and is one of the few that feels like it was made by actual professional game designers, rather than amateurs.
Euro truck simulator 2, how ever is the first of this type of simulator, I've really enjoyed, I've always had my curiosity sparked by these kinds of menial job simulators, but they're generally pretty poor. If you don't have atleast a Geforce GTX series graphics card leave it alone. Also it's very fiddly, and really only designed to play with a wheel, also for the level of graphics, and graphical effects, the requirements are sky high. It all becomes pretty boring pretty fast.
Their's very little else to do as well, and very few routes to actually drive. While it's very nice in a lot of ways, and if you used to ride those buses in berlin from that time period, it's probably an absolute must!, But, the bus feels very light, and has almost no real world physics to it at all, driving just doesn't feel realistic, at times you find it almost floating, especially if you turn too sharply, and it's really not how you'd expect a bus to drive. OMSI, is very much just a simulation, and in my opinion not all that good of a simulation, with very little game play elements to it. I have money for one and I can't decide which!įrom my experience, Euro truck simulator 2 is a much better experience, far more fun, and far slicker.
